The Google Groups (http://groups.google.com/group/altnet) one focuses
mainly on the tools and technologies that are alternates to what MS
offers. There is no political stuff there.
Adam
a similar google group that doesn't seem to have the traffic.
I agree, but kinda feel like Im contributing to the clutter by posting
about
it :p, pitty there was great content.
I've been on holidays for the last 2 weeks and have read over the first
800ish and skimmed the last 1500 email, I cant see the 'other' list
your
referring to, can you save me some time and tell me?
Cheers

Hello guys.
Just wondering if the alternative list is also discussing the name
change or does it have CONTENT? I've only signed to this list because
it had great content. Now 99% of the mails are about name changes and
trying to see who is more sarcastic... isn't it time to stop these
threads and go back to the "old days" (pre-name change days)? just
asking...
